What's included in a support plan:

A. Network check up: We will document all of your network environment settings and perform regular checks which will ensure that you network is running at its best.

B. Regular On-Site Maintenance: A qualified technician will come to you at a regular time to perform a maintenance program. This will be customized for your needs and will also include support for any immediate issues.

C. Extra technical support time might be included in your plan. A discounted time can be used for online technical support, over phone consultations or on-site support.

D. Discounted hourly rate: You will get a 10% discount on the regular repair labor rate for any labor outside of your custom support plan.

E. For all equipment supplied by Intek you will get a free onsite warranty support with free replacement parts and labor

F. You will be provided with a report at the end of each month that summarizes systems performance, internet usage and any current issues.
