Data backup equipment
Let INTEK take the hassle out of transferring your data from an
old computer to your new one, or taking steps against data loss.
We will advise you on what type of hardware you need based upon
the amount of data to be backed up.
When performing a one-time data transfer or backup, INTEK will:
- Transfer or back up your computer data to another medium (e.g., CD or DVD,
internal or external hard drive, network-attached storage or another computer)
- Import the data into an installed program or location (when performing a
data transfer)
Note: File transfer includes up to 9.4GB of data;
larger amounts of data can be accommodated for an additional charge.
Applications cannot be transferred. We can provide a CD or DVD for backup, or
use an external hard drive for on-site data backup. Excludes nontransferable
applications and programs. Data backup/transfer service excludes recovering any
lost data; in such a situation, please call us at 314-487-6008 and review the
Data Recovery link.
