The Role
- Repairs and maintenance of Windows based desktop and server systems
(excellent knowledge of Windows Server, SBS including MS Exchange is a
must)
- Troubleshooting of a wide range of software and hardware related
problems
- Networking, understanding of all related technologies: IP,
Firewalls, Proxies, NAT, DNS etc.
- Assessing computer IT infrastructure of the client and being able to
clearly identify problems/possible improvements, being aware of and
being able to recommend newly available technologies.
- Designing IT infrastructure upgrade plan and being able to provide
strong reasoning to pursue potential client
- Recognize and follow-up opportunities for sales within the support
environment
This role is being offered as full time however there is some flexibility
with hours.

- Recognized IT qualification from previous experience
- Technically minded
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and
external parties
- A team player who is able to work independently
- Initiative, passion and self-motivation
