If your data is
recoverable, we'll recover it by utilizing proprietary methods
and leading edge technology developed over the past 12 years. We
have successfully recovered data from tens of thousands of
crashed, clicking, failed hard drives, servers, RAID, SQL and
other types of storage devices including formatted hard drives,
camera cards, USB devices and even lost, damaged or deleted
partitions. Our data recovery engineers will do everything
possible to restore all recoverable files using our proprietary
data recovery methods. Once this process is completed we can
give you a complete list of all recoverable files on the hard
drive. This will allow you to review everything that has been
recovered.
Service Options: To
make it easier for you we have labs and Authorized Service
Centers across the nation for your convenience. The address of
our main lab or the closest location should appear at the top of
the work order. If you are not near one of our locations that
provide the necessary service for your specific media, we will
be happy to provide you with complimentary overnight UPS label
and even schedule a UPS pickup from your home or office.
Here's an outline of
the recovery process:
Perform initial diagnostic tests to determine what
procedures will be required to recover your data.
Once the initial diagnostics is complete, we will let you
know if clean room procedures are required or not and give you a
firm price for the recovery (Standard service only.)
After receiving signed authorization (Standard service only)
We will do everything possible to recover your data. Once the
recovery is complete we will provide you with a list of
recoverable files.
We will test specific files for you to ensure the data you
need is good.
We will return your data.
If it turns out that
the data you need is unrecoverable, your only cost is applicable
diagnostic fees (and return shipping if you do not wish to have
the drive recycled.)

The services you are
requesting will be performed under the following terms and
conditions. This is the complete agreement between you and
INTEK.net Data Recovery (INTEK.net). INTEK.net must approve any
modification to this service agreement in writing.
1) INTEK.net will use its proprietary data recovery procedures and
leading edge data recovery technologies to diagnose and determine
the damages to your media, as well as determine the process and
procedures that are needed in order to recover the data from your
storage device.
2) INTEK.net will call or email you with the results of the
initial evaluation of your media including what type of failure
your media device has sustained, and confirm the price for
recovering your data (Standard Service only). If you choose
Expedited or Emergency service, INTEK.net will attempt to recover
your data immediately after receiving your media storage device.
By choosing Expedited or Emergency Service and signing this
service agreement, you agree to pay the final price of the data
recovery not to exceed the price on this service agreement
corresponding to the service level that you selected. If you fail
to select a service level, your job will automatically default to
Standard Service.
3) If you select Standard Service, INTEK.net will move forward
with the data recovery attempt and you agree to pay for the
service . INTEK.net will use the best available commercial efforts
as well as its own proprietary processes and procedures to
determine the existence and extent of recoverable data from your
storage device. Once the recovery is complete, INTEK.net will
email you a list of recoverable files and begin saving the data to
the chosen target media. INTEK.net allows a maximum of 48 hours
for you to examine the file list and determine if your critical
files are recoverable. If we do not hear back from you within the
48 hour period, your credit card is automatically charged, your
data will be shipped, and you agree that the recoverable data is
suitable for your needs.
4) INTEK.net will keep all data retrieved from your storage device
confidential, and shall not discuss, share, or use any information
recovered with third parties. A copy of your recovered data may be
kept by INTEK.net for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, in
case your return storage device is damaged or lost in transit,
after which the data will be deleted from INTEK.net's storage
devices, and INTEK.net's storage devices will be wiped clean.
5) You agree to be responsible for all storage devices, media, or
equipment shipped, as well as for any data loss that could occur
during shipping, whether you pay for shipping charges or INTEK.net
pays the shipping charges.
6) You represent to INTEK.net that you are in lawful possession of
any data, storage devices, and/or equipment made available to
INTEK.net, and that you have a lawful purpose to request INTEK.net
services.
7) You understand that the storage devices, media, and/or
equipment you are making available to INTEK.net is already
damaged, that data recovery efforts can result in further damage,
and that INTEK.net is not responsible for this or any other type
of damage.
8) You understand that INTEK.net does not offer guarantees or
warranties of any kind, and that the extent of any INTEK.net
liability to you is strictly limited to the fees you pay INTEK.net
for its services in this matter.
9) Any consent required of either party will be effective if
provided in a commercially reasonable manner, which includes
without limitation facsimile (fax), and/or verbal authorization if
followed by written confirmation at the earliest possible
opportunity.
10) In the unlikely event a dispute arises that cannot be settled
informally, both you and INTEK.net agree that such dispute will be
resolved according to the laws of Nevada and in the courts located
in Nevada. Thank you for selecting INTEK.net Data Recovery, Inc.
for your situation.
Shipping
Suggestions
1) Send only the hard drive or media. It is not INTEK.net's policy
to receive or store additional equipment as it may be damaged and
also delays the recovery process. By sending or leaving equipment
with INTEK.net, you understand and agree that INTEK.net will not
be held liable for any damage or loss that may be sustained by or
to the equipment. 2) Wrap your drive (or other storage device) in
anti-static bubble wrap or in anti-static foam. 3) Place the drive
(or other storage device) in a box twice its size, and fill the
remainder of the box with packing peanuts, crumpled newspaper, or
bubble wrap. 4) Include the completed Work Order. Incomplete Work
Orders will delay the recovery process. 5) If you are paying your
data diagnostic fee by company check or money order, attach it to
your completed Work Order. 6) We recommend using UPSOvernight
shipping, or UPS shipping. 7) PLEASE pack your drive (or other
storage device) carefully to prevent further damage to your
hardware and data. Improper packing can cause further damage,
making data unrecoverable or requiring more extensive recovery
