The fees for a typical case vary with the type and the complexity of the problem but usually fall into one of the following categories: $1000/5000/10000/25000. After we complete the evaluation, you will have the choice to continue with the recovery process or have your media sent back to you. If you choose to proceed with the recovery, you will NOT be charged until the service has been performed. Once we recover your data, we will provide you with a detailed Data Verification Report. This service will allow you to see all recovered data files prior to paying for the service. If this is still not fast enough, we recommend our 24/7 service. On-line Request 24/7 Service This service not only puts your case at the top of the list, but also assigns an experienced Engineer to your case around the clock. A $1200 expediting fee applies. You bypass our experienced customer service team and are given direct contact with the Engineer. Emphasis is given to getting your data back as quickly as possible, including secure ftp and other options. Pricing varies based on your hard disk, please call 1.314.487.6008 for a price quote. If you want a call at 2AM when your data is recovered, this is the service for you. On-line Request On-site and Remote Service If you have a downed Server, SAN, or if your drive simply cannot leave the premises due to security or other reasons, we can send an Engineer to you. A one time $5000 fee applies. Your assigned Engineer will then do whatever possible to recover your data outside of our data recovery laboratory. If you have a SAN system, we can log into a workstation remotely using conventional methods, and make repairs to your logically damaged NTFS or VMware volume over the Internet.
